I've entered the correct username and password, but I still cannot login.

Authentication failure can be a result of the following:

  • your account has been locked out (3 login failure attempts will automatically lock your account)
  • your password has expired and you need to change it; please contact the Technology Assistance Center at 831-656-1046 to have your password reset.
