To create a new session in Collaborate Ultra, follow these instructions

  1. Go to the Collaborate Ultra tool on your left-side menu. If it hasn't been added yet, please follow the directions here.
  2. Click on the plus sign  in the Sessions menu
  3. Edit the session details
    1. New Session name
    2. Session start and end times, or check for no end time
    3. Note the "Guest Link" if needed (this will appear after the title is given)
    4. In "Session Settings" make sure you check "Allow Recording Downloads if you are going to record the session
  4. Click "Save" at the bottom
