To publish grades so that students can see them, please follow these instructions:
1 - Click the item menu in the column header. It's the down arrow in the lower-right corner of the column header.
The two icons under the word "Edit" are an eye and a calculator. In this case both have lines through then indicating they are invisible. In other words, students can't see the grades and they are not counted towards the course grade.
2 - Click on Edit Item Details
3 - Check "Release item to students" and "Include item in course calculations," if needed.
4 - Save your changes
5 - Notice the icons are not there, indicating the grades are visible to students and they are included in the course calculations.
