To check out, personnel must:

  • Have submitted all travel vouchers.

  • Have no outstanding balances on their GTCC.

  • Have no outstanding travel incurred debts.

 

In the Check Out email, you must include:

  • Name of your next duty station.

  • Date arriving at your new command.

  • If you are required to use your GTCC for PCS.

  • If you have TDY En-Route.

This can be accomplished by updating the body of the Check Out email.

I have no outstanding balances due on my GTCC.

I have no outstanding travel vouchers.

I have no outstanding travel incurred debts.

Please detach my profile from the NPS DTS hierarchy, remove assigned permission 1-6, and remove me from all routing lists as applicable.
