Zoom for Gov Live Transcription enables speech to text transcription in our ZfG meetings. As the host of the meeting, you will need to enable this feature once it begins. Participants will not see the Live Transcript option unless the host enables it.
This is a two-step process which begins with enabling this function in your Zoom account prior to the meeting. Once you’ve done so, you can turn on live transcription in your meetings at any time.
Step 1: Enable Live Transcription in your ZfG account
- Sign in to your ZfG account on a browser at zoomgov.com or https://nps-edu.zoomgov.com
- On the left menu, click on Settings, then "In Meeting (Advanced)." see below.
3. Scroll down to find and turn on "Full transcript" as shown below

Once Live Transcription is turned on, it will automatically save in the recording, but you MUST save to the cloud when you click on "Record." We have unlimited space in our ZfG cloud as part of our contract, so don't worry about that.
