Some newer computers, particularly Windows 10 Surface laptops with ultra-high resolution, may display the Collaborate window too small to be viewed comfortably by most people. If you find this is the case, please follow the directions below.

 

 

 

1. Right click on your desktop, and choose Display Settings.  There should be a slider where you can "Change the size of text, apps, and other items." Turn that all the way up, sign out and back into the computer and see if that helps. 

2. If it doesn't help enough, go to "Advanced display settings" on the bottom of that display settings page. From there, change your resolution to something smaller and see if that makes a difference along with a larger percent display. 

 

You may find that a smaller resolution with 100% display works just fine, or that a larger display setting with your default recommended resolution works better. Okay
